Face-to-Face Counselling

I offer face-to-face counselling sessions in a comfortable, confidential space. This provides a grounded, in-person environment where you can fully experience connection and presence. It’s ideal for those who benefit from a physical space, using body language, and having a tangible, consistent safe space separate from home.

My counselling room is designed to support you in whatever way works best. You are welcome to talk, or to explore your thoughts and feelings using creative materials such as sand, paint, colouring, games, cards, or sensory equipment. These tools can help you express yourself and process your experiences in ways that feel natural for you — whether through talking, drawing, or play.

Online Counselling

I offer online counselling via Zoom, so you can access support from the comfort of your own home or any private space that feels safe for you. Online sessions are flexible and convenient, especially if travel, sensory sensitivities, mobility challenges, or location make face-to-face counselling difficult.

If video calls don’t feel comfortable for you, we can adapt. It’s completely okay to keep your camera off, and we can use captions to support communication. I have auditory processing disorder and often rely on lip reading, so captions help ensure I can follow you clearly when the camera is off. My aim is always to make the space work for both of us in a way that feels grounding and accessible.

Sessions are confidential and secure, just like in-person counselling. To get the most from online sessions, it’s important to have a quiet, private space where you feel safe to talk freely, without concern about being overheard.

The process of starting counselling sessions

I offer a free 15–30 minute introductory call so we can discuss your needs and see if counselling with me feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure — this is just a chance to connect and ask any questions you may have.

During your first counselling appointment, we will go through the counselling contract and complete an initial assessment together. This session lasts 1 hour and costs £50.

All subsequent sessions also last 1 hour and are £70. Concessions are available from £50 per session.
